The NIU Libraries is joining the Find More Illinois project as a lender. Our participation will give hundreds of public and school libraries in Illinois better access to NIU’s library collections. We are delighted to make our materials available to so many across the state. Users at those libraries will be able to see our holdings and request items directly. NIU will be only the second large academic library in the state to participate. Items will be delivered using the same system used for I-Share borrowing. Find More Illinois is run by the Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS) through grants from the Illinois State Library and the Illinois Secretary of State, from revenue appropriated by the Illinois General Assembly or granted under the federal Library Services and Technology Act.
