Professor Nestor Osorio, co-founder and member of the Board of Issues in Science and Technology Librarianship, announces the publication of its 100th issue. ISTL, as is commonly known, is a publication of the Science and Technology Section (STS) of the Association of College and Research Libraries. It was created in 1996, on the dawn of the web, by eight members of STS from seven US universities, and is recognized as one of the first open access journals in the field of Library and Information Science. Nestor is currently editor of three ISTL sections, and this issue contains four articles from those sections.
